2. Hosting and website

This website runs on Squarespace (Squarespace Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland). When you visit the site, Squarespace processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, the date and time of access, and your browser and operating system, in order to deliver and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Squarespace may also process data in the USA; EU Standard Contractual Clauses or certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework are in place for this.

3. Cookies and statistics

The website uses technically necessary cookies, for example for the shopping cart and checkout (§ 25(2) TDDDG). Squarespace also produces anonymised visitor statistics. Where non-essential cookies are used for this, they are only set with your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Orders in the online shop

For orders I process your name, address, email address, phone number where provided, and the order details in order to fulfil the purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Because of statutory retention obligations (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB) I keep invoice and order data for up to ten years (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

5. Payment

Payments are processed through Squarespace Payments, which is based on Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). If you choose Klarna, your data is passed to Klarna (Klarna Bank AB, Stockholm, Sweden), which may carry out an identity and credit check. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The privacy notices of Stripe and Klarna also apply.

6. Shipping

To ship your order I pass your name, delivery address and, where needed, your email address to the carrier (UPS or DHL, possibly via the shipping service Easyship) so that the goods can be delivered (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

7. Contact and withdrawal

If you contact me by email or through a form, I process your details to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). If you use the “Withdraw from contract” function, I process your name, order number, email address and the details you provide in order to handle the withdrawal and confirm its receipt (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). I keep this data for as long as needed to process the withdrawal and to meet statutory retention obligations.

8. Links to social networks

Instagram and Facebook are only linked. No data is transferred until you click the link; Meta’s privacy policy then applies.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw any consent you have given at any time. You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. I do not use automated decision-making.

Diese Website wird bei Squarespace (Squarespace Ireland Limited, Dublin, Irland) betrieben. Beim Aufruf der Website verarbeitet Squarespace technisch notwendige Daten wie IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, Browser und Betriebssystem, um die Website auszuliefern und abzusichern (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Die Website setzt technisch notwendige Cookies, z. B. für den Warenkorb und den Bestellvorgang (§ 25 Abs. 2 TDDDG). Squarespace erstellt zudem anonymisierte Besucherstatistiken. Soweit dafür nicht notwendige Cookies eingesetzt werden, geschieht dies nur mit Ihrer Einwilligung (§ 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), die Sie jederzeit widerrufen können.

4. Bestellungen im Online-Shop

Für Bestellungen verarbeite ich Name, Anschrift, E-Mail-Adresse, gegebenenfalls Telefonnummer sowie die Bestelldaten, um den Kaufvertrag zu erfüllen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Rechnungs- und Bestelldaten bewahre ich wegen gesetzlicher Aufbewahrungspflichten (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB) bis zu zehn Jahre auf (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO).

5. Zahlung

Zahlungen werden über Squarespace Payments abgewickelt, das auf Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin, Irland) basiert. Wählen Sie Klarna, werden Ihre Daten an Klarna (Klarna Bank AB, Stockholm, Schweden) übermittelt; Klarna kann dabei eine Identitäts- und Bonitätsprüfung durchführen. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. Es gelten zusätzlich die Datenschutzhinweise von Stripe und Klarna.

6. Versand

Für den Versand gebe ich Name, Lieferanschrift und gegebenenfalls E-Mail-Adresse an den Versanddienstleister (UPS oder DHL, ggf. über den Versanddienst Easyship) weiter, damit die Ware zugestellt werden kann (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).

7. Kontakt und Widerruf

Wenn Sie mir per E-Mail oder über ein Formular schreiben, verarbeite ich Ihre Angaben zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b bzw. f DSGVO). Nutzen Sie die Funktion „Vertrag widerrufen“, verarbeite ich Name, Bestellnummer, E-Mail-Adresse und Ihre Angaben, um den Widerruf zu bearbeiten und den Eingang zu bestätigen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO). Diese Daten speichere ich, solange sie zur Abwicklung und wegen gesetzlicher Aufbewahrungspflichten erforderlich sind.

8. Links zu sozialen Netzwerken

Instagram und Facebook sind nur verlinkt. Daten werden erst übertragen, wenn Sie den Link anklicken; dann gilt die Datenschutzerklärung von Meta.

9. Ihre Rechte

Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch (Art. 15–21 DSGVO) sowie das Recht, eine erteilte Einwilligung jederzeit zu widerrufen. Sie können sich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, z. B. bei der Berliner Beauftragten für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit. Eine automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung durch mich findet nicht statt.
